"Everything was perfect. The chef is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Chef Henry, he was charming and funny. You can tell he has a passion for excellent service that does not feel forced or overwhelming. He was warm and inviting. The atmosphere is top tier. The paintings on the wall are so interesting. We started with the escargot. I have never had escargot before but this dish was exquisitely prepared. The bread was delicious on its own, then we dipped it into the sauce that occupancies the escargot and it shoots the flavor to the moon. For the entree I had the Chilean sea bass, I ordered it because chef Henry is known for his fish and I was not disappointed. Every thing on the plate worked perfectly together. Every single bite was exactly right. My wife had the filet mignon and the chef was kind enough to ensure she knew it was pork. The dish was perfectly prepared. We finished with the creme brulee and it was exquisite. Every aspect of the service, atmosphere and food was perfect in every way. I would suspect you would have to go to Seattle for the same experience. Fine dinning that is warm, inviting and not stuffy is rare. At Cuvee we received food that should be classified as art, expertly crafted and thoughtfully prepared meal as well as 5 star service that is warm and inviting. Thank you Chef."

"I was on vacation in northern Oregon and came back TWICE to Earth and Sea because the food was on point. First time was with my gf, and the second was when I was coming back from the coast. So, the scene is nice for couples and to just grab an awesome meal. The timing was also perfect because they changed up the menu my second time there. I was blown away that they could put out a massive new list of dishes in such a short period time. Important to note is that they use what?s in season, so the food you?re getting is fresh af. If you?re not sure what?s local, just ask. They know all of the farmers and ranchers by name. Also, if you?re vegetarian or vegan, the staff is super accommodating and can reasonably make any dish according to your dietary needs. That being said, there are vegetarian dishes that are just great anyways. Staff seems happy, some big names in wine and food were in while I was there, and parking was super easy to find. Highly recommend visiting."

"When we cut into the quiche, it crumbled apart, largely because it was mostly diced ham and asparagus with insufficient egg to hold it together, and it was only slightly warmer than room temperature. We requested salt and pepper, expecting a place of this caliber to provide a pepper mill, but instead, we received the standard salt and pepper packets you might find with a hospital meal. We also ordered a Gorgonzola and mushroom truffle dish, hoping it would be better, but we were left feeling resigned. To be fair, there were two young servers who seemed to be doing their best under the circumstances. However, when I’m paying for a meal, especially one at a higher price point, I expect it to be more enjoyable than what you might be served at a child's lemonade stand. On a different note, the restroom was quite dusty, which didn’t add to the overall experience. I apologize if I seem overly critical, but I wanted to explain why I only gave this place three stars. There's definitely room for improvement."

"Ended up going here twice during my two day visit to Carlton. The first time was for a salad and a cocktail, the second was for dinner when the restaurant down the street was unexpectedly closed due to a gas outage. The bourbon cardamom peach cocktail I tried had a lot of interesting flavors, however it needed a little bit of sweetness to tie it all together. Also, on the patio outside, some of the benches are starting to splinter and can snag your clothes or leave a splinter in your leg so be careful with this. The roasted chicken on the chicken salad was good but a little bit overpowering with the mesquite flavoring, although it did have a nice flavor but needed perhaps a bit more vinaigrette on the salad. They do offer gluten free crust for pizzas which is great!! Tomato sauce on the Margherita pizza was very bright and flavorful. The crust could have used just a few more minutes in the fire to get crispier but overall it was good. Jamaican jerk wings were delicious, and fell off the bone. All the wines tried were good. Park Main seems like a great community place. So grateful to have been able to try it!"

"Might be some small hole in the wall limited menu to some, but this small town coffee shop is a great place. The food is amazing as well as the pastries and coffee. The hospitality is great and I love how American they made us feel. Not something you come by now days"
