"Came here after finding out that there was a decent sized Cabo Verde population in Dorchester. My buddy and started out with perfectly made polvo grelhado (octopus) and mandioca frita (fried yucca). I had the cabritada (goat) and my friend had the frango churrasco (chicken). Both were excellent.The traditional caipirinhas were on point and made with grogue from Cabo Verde.The service was very friendly and terrific. They've got excellent music playing as well."

Great food and atmosphere with great Cape Verdean band. Contrary to some reviews, the service was great as well. Probably because it was not insanely busy.

I knew Cesaria from the first day of their opening. Cesaria is a restaurant that serves our traditional Capeverdean food, and if you are looking for the best Capeverdean food, Cesaria is the place to be. Also, the best band that plays Capeverdean music. I love Cesaria, and I recommend it.Parking: Park is not a problem.
