"We tried several different pasta dishes the other day. The take-out containers were not marked and identified. Flavors were unremarkable and the portions are really small, especially considering the substantial price. Let 's be real: pasta (and pizza) is peasant food and there 's nothing expensive about making it. We haven 't tried their pizza (which may be great for all I know), but if you want good pasta and decent-sized servings . . . call your nonna. Quando niente va bene, chiama la Nonna. The food will taste better, she 'll be happy to see you, and you 'll need a nap afterwards because you 'll be so full. ADDENDUM: The owner was kind enough to reply. They wood fired Pizza was delicious. Very friendly atmosphere. Food was delicious not expensive. They don't have a wine license yet so you can bring your own wine in we were told. They do a lot of takeout business as the restaurant is small but remind you of being in Italy. ENJOY!!!

Pizza was very good. We had the traditional NY -the big square pizza that I saw on One Bite- Brick oven style-charred on the edge and soft in the middle. Very good pizza. We also had a pasta dish that was also very good. BYOB. They do have nightly pasta specials and everything looked delish. Prices average.

I have been here a few times, especially for the pizza, and I always take out. The pizza is great. This time we decided to eat in. What a mistake !! First of all, they need more help. The waitress seemed to be working the front desk as well. Trying to get a glass of water was a big production. We ordered an appetizer and was told that they ran out of potatoe croquettes so chef gave us more of the other items. That was fine. What surprised me was when they brought our pasta dishes, and we asked for grated cheese, the waitress said they ran out of cheese!!!. This is an Italian restaurant, how do you run out of cheese?. Ridiculous. Also, portions were small, especially for a 24.00 plate of past...
