"My family and I are regulars at Chili's. We usually order takeout, so I will review both the dining in and takeout experiences. [TAKEOUT] We really appreciate the convenience of placing mobile orders, and most of the time our food arrives quickly and without any issues. However, there have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected (10-15 minutes past the scheduled time) for our orders. We have also received some hastily put together meals or food that wasn't fresh when we got it. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the inconsistency in quality. It seems to depend on the time of day, the employees, or even the weathe...

Under staff, but many places are! Still great service that once sat and was always good Chilis food. Sit for 20 minutes for dinner, but if you don't scream children, it's worth waiting!! Five stars! Thank you, Chili. Go ahead.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service. The only downside was that the food took a little longer to arrive. I have been to this Chili's a few times and the waitstaff are always excellent. The food is classic Chili's - tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is loud and lively, so don't expect a quiet dining experience. Overall, it's always a good time when you're in the mood for Chili's.

I went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday and there was no waiting time. I was able to find seating for my whole family easily. The waiters were attentive and the kitchen staff was quick, bringing out drinks before our waitress even took our order. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, especially with such good customer service. All the staff had smiles on their faces, making the experience even better. And the food was delicious, especially the ribs!
