"I have been a loyal customer of Cookie by Design for many years. My company has used them to send baskets to clients, my family and friends all use them as well. I recently placed an order to be delivered for a friend’s birthday on March 25. I got a confirmation email for the order but that was it- no tracking number, nothing. The basket was never delivered. I reached out but of course they were closed for the weekend. Here we are three days later and the basket was delivered this morning. Ordered a cookie bouquet for Valentine’s Day for my mom and sister. Since they don’t have a local location any longer, the basket came via FedEx from their Dallas branch. I requested it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, it got delivered on Sunday, so 2 days in advance which is not a big deal. But when we opened the box, some of the cookies are already damaged and some have fallen off the arrangement, so it doesn’t look presentable at all. I used to order from them all the time, but unless they open up a new location in Houston, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
