"This is my experience. I would like to share it with you.... Last week, I ordered a pick up order at Country School restaurant. A fish fries plate was ordered, but it was not in the bag when I picked it up. I didn't notice it until I got home. Not wanting to go out yet again, I called the restaurant spoke to Anna. I explained that I didn't get my meal that I really didn't want to go back out. In lieu of bringing all the food back making EVERYONE in my household wait to eat), I asked if it was okay if I brought my receipt in the next day get reimbursed for the missing fish fries meal? She said that would be fine, I should talk to the manager, Andrew, the following day he would fix everything...
