"We were here from out of town and didn't realize that every place would be booked for Thanksgiving dinner. We called Ned's and they said, come on up! We sat at the bar and had the best, friendliest, service. I can't remember her name but she seemed to be the main one at the bar and she kept things running so smooth and with a smile the whole time!! It was a little strange for us to be away from our family on Thanksgiving but we felt so at home here. Thank you so much for the great food and nicest service. One of our favorite places of our trip"

"We're making the rounds to find the best pizza in St Augustine and Romano's Pizza and Restaurant was next on our list. We only tried the pizza and the stromboli and antipasto for take away, not the restaurant, in this review. Overall we enjoyed the meal. I thought the Grandma pizza knocked it out of the park, loved it. Crust was fairly crisp but the cheese, sauce, and spices were totally on point. My daughter loved the pepperoni stromboli, thought it was the best one she'd ever had. The antipasto was very good, but we've had better and that may just come down to personal taste. The house dressing was excellent. Surprisingly, our son just didn't care for the sausage and pepperoni pizza. I did not try it myself but he wouldn't finish it, and he loves pizza. I wish I had a better explanation other than he's a typical moody thirteen year old boy. It did look good. Staff were very friendly on the phone and at pickup. Here's a tip they will ask you if you are calling their specific location because there is another pizzeria with the same or similar name in the region, and people have mixed them up resulting in orders that were not picked up. It's not a big deal and they only do it with new customers (they must save your info in their system for future calls) so just be ready for it. Tip 2 The restaurant is on the right, but the pizzeria is on the left. Go into the door in the far left. In between the two entrances is another door with a sign pointing to the right, where the restaurant is. But the restaurant doesn't open until evening so the door will be locked if you are there earlier in the day for pizza. Head left, and you'll quickly see the entrance. We would order again for the Grandma and stromboli, and I'd like to try the Italian food in the restaurant, so we'll likely be back."

"The restaurant decoration is super cute and random. I should have taken a picture of the raccoon that was fishing; LOOK AT HIS TOES!! Ordered a pitcher of white sangria which was more than enough for myself and in law. We ordered a fish dip and dondanville oyster. Seems like there's a common theme of vermouth in their food here also. The fish dip was good and very filling. The oysters were different than what I'm used to; it's a few small ones to make up for a regular size one or something. There was complimentary bread that was very soft and fluffy; I wished we asked for more but it was already too much food. I ordered the cucumber fish with flounder. Very cucumber-y surprisingly but it was good. Overall though it was good but the food is a little too heavy."

"I use to go to this location every morning! They were wonderful! I know everyone is short handed… but the ones they do have working really need to practice making the different blends! I always get an iced Latte!For the past three months they have been horrible I keep trying to give him chances and they keep failing! I’ve wasted way too much money on them! Don’t think I’ll be visiting them anytime soon anymore!!"
