"First the positive. Allergen friendly menu, ordering was super easy via a tablet. Food came out very quickly. Points for compostible utensils and bowls. The dining area is pretty clean, plenty of seats. The food itself is actually well spiced and quite tasty. I just wish there was a larger portion. The lunch thali is on the small side. Why skimp on the rice? The bowl seems designed for a small amount. After lunch I was still hungry. Presentation as is just a bit sad. Boo. I think these guys want to be like an Indian Chipotle. I will say for times square this isn't bad in terms for food quality and also price (I paid $14 for my small, vegetarian meal). I am GF so I said no to Naan (which is...

I've never been to a restaurant this badly run. They don't seem to be able to process anyone's food orders at all right now. There's about 30 of us waiting, some for almost an hour. Horribly understaffed and managed poorly. It's a shame, since this was a great place pre-Covid.

Bad quality of food .Very very bad service. For a biriyani I waited 50 mins to get with cold and bad quality. No people in the restaurant is Indian and the staff don't understand what food is cooked and confused what to pack.. they are giving chicken for veg order and veg for nonveg order .. never try the place if you want to try for Indian food..
