My card was accidentally charged twice because the machine shut down in the middle of my transaction, and when I went in a week later to ask for a refund they were very helpful and apologetic. They didn't act like my concern was an inconvenience in the way that seems so common in businesses now when you have a question but seemed genuinely like they wanted to help me."

Found this place when I moved to Seattle and it’s become one of my favorite coffee places. Baristas are always friendly and the coffee is great! They have vegan options for sandwiches and baked goods as well.
