"Not only did it take us 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches but I saw the girl mak8ng my sandwich put my bagel on her finger like a ring and waving it around giggling. GROSS. And to top it if I specifically asked for butter on the side. Had a whole dang conversation about and no dang butter. Ridiculous. The only friendly one was the one with the blue hair. She was sweet and helpful."

The online ordering system has been down over a week, which sucks. Was told it should be back up in a day or two. Staff is very pleasant! Food and coffee are good and priced well! They need a bigger espresso machine!

Aside from the poor customer service I was dealt today the other employee made up for his coworkers lack of customer service. Also I have been pleased with the service from this store way more than disappointed so I will keep coming back as I can for my iced coffee.
