"Aside from the fact that Dunkin' Donuts coffee drinks taste more like flavored syrup and the food is subpar, the customer service was also terrible. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, saying that we obviously couldn't change our order. Then she smirked at my daughter as if she was foolish for not knowing better. My daughter came out to the car upset about what had just happened. I tried to remain calm and professional, but it was really frustrating. People like that shouldn't be in customer service roles."
