"Today I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. The lady who was serving didn't give a straw with pumpkin cold brew, the two avocado toast were poorly made- wasn't even toasted. We asked for two muffins at the serving counter and she said there's a bigqueue and I'll have to go around again to order that. This was so rude and we felt like we ended up wasting $25. Never comingback."

EXCEPTIONAL ! ! ! Dunkin Rt 36, West Long Branch Upon entering the cashier greets me with a smile, was extremely professional, confident in her craft and eye to eye contact

I usually don't have any issues with DD but my last visit was terrible!! The line was super long, my order was incorrect twice and then when I went back in the drive thru line the lady at the window claimed I didn't pay for my order!! BTW they neverprovided me with a receipt as well. Overall I did get my RIGHT order but never going back again.
