"The service at this restaurant is terrible. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years now, and every time I order the same thing in the morning. The staff is rude when speaking over the loudspeaker, and they often hand me my food without putting it in a bag. Every morning, my coffee order is messed up and I am left waiting for a long time for a simple order of two egg and cheese wraps. I dread going there each morning and would go to a different Dunkin' Donuts if I could. The staff needs customer service training on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Beware of the rudeness at this location, it is completely unacceptable."

I dont know why but for some unforseeable reason they always make our drinks way too strong with hardly any milk or ice. And not even just coffee but matcha as well. I dont know what were doing wrong

Horrible customer service messed up my beverage took it back re made it and it was still messed up only for the employee to get rude never again!!! Yeah I take back a beverage at your mess up with Covid going on definitely not a good idea completely unsanitary and unsafe and they need to wear their mask when serving patrons their beverages beyond disgusted

This Dunkin' location is probably one of the best I have visited. The service is consistently fast and accurate, the place is always clean, and the staff is very pleasant. Even though there are many Dunkin' locations in the area, this one always manages to get my coffee order right. I visit this location every morning and have even gone in the evening before they close, and the coffee never tastes old. I highly recommend checking out this location.
