I had made a previous review and was emailed and told to send info, I did and they said they would help resolve myexperience. I never got anything in the mail, nothing credited to my account. When I tried to reach out again the email hadbecome undeliverable . What makes people want to order from you if you won 't take care of your customer?"

Food was good and the staff was much friendlier than ft. Wayne location. Breadsticks were better here also. This is not your average fazolis as it is served tableside on plates with cutlery and cleared away for you. Good job folks

I think Fazoli's is a wonderful restaurant. For us being fast food, we still make everything fresh and try our hardest to give people the best quality of food we can and as fast as we can. We all work as such a great team and try our hardest to make sure guests are satisfied!
