"This place was filthy. At 11am on Sunday, there's no reason for literally half the tables to be dirty. Dirt all over the dining area floor too. I was also charged a tip. Fazoli's should have paid me to eat there"

It 's fazolis what do you expect?? Service is fairly decent to match the prices. Might not be your mom 's spaghetti....but a lot of their stuff could go toe to toe with higher cost Italian chains
