"Easily the best sandwiches around. Every ingredient in your sandwich is high quality. Unlike subway, they don't skimp on portions and you actually feel like you ate something when you are done. Staff is super friendly and I love that they do fund raising for first responders! Subway and Jimmy John's (and I love JJ) can really just forget about keeping up with these guys. I'm converted!"

The food and staff deserve more stars then available! It was our first time eating at a Firehouse Sub and it blew us away! They even gave our kids little Fire Chief hats!! Can't wait till the Joplin (where we reside) opens their store! They have have big shoes to fill when it comes to the customer service at the O'Fallon location!
