The first time there was no sauce on our pizza at all(which was kindly and promptly remedied by the nice woman manager), but tonight our garlic knots were burnt.When I tried to address the issue this evening with alex the night manager , he placed me on hold for 14 minutes, he laughed at my expense, he made a racial remark pertaining to Latinos, he called me a narcissist amongst a slew of other wildly unprofessional jabs, I never received my remade food, and was denied a refund. After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned. I was pleasantly surprised though.I tried the Pizza Bowl, it was really goodThe pizza was delicious.My order arrived quicker than DoorDash would’ve been and they’re really fast . the driver extremely polite and friendly. If he is a reflection of the rest of the staff then I am impressed.Hopefully everything will continue on this level
