"This place was recommended by our Corolla guide, in the Outer Banks as a good simple place for great fresh seafood. We ordered both the fried oyster plate for 18.00 and came with 2 abundant sides of tasty cans green beans and hover. The oysters were on the smaller size, but perfect and tasty roasted. You order at the counter_ they give you a summer and you go to find a seat when the food is ready - ca. 5-10 minutes, go back to the start window and pick up your order. Easy and efficient and even serve your wells drinks."

Excellent place for fresh seafood. Enjoy a place at the bar or watch the game from almost any table in the dining area. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Additional bonus is the Taco Tuesday prices. This is one of our favorite stops every night of the week.

Finally, a place that will NOT get her oysters from the James River! Every time I come here for oysters, I'm never disappointed, nice and salty! My fiancée 's alfedo was also absolutely delicious. The servers at the bar are always very friendly and work as a team.

If you're looking for atmosphere, that's not it. However, if you want a fresh catch of day seafood well prepared, then stop here. No table service, you order and pick up from the window. Most fish are fried. There are some broiled options. I had the roared shrimp, which was very tasteful and well cooked. My friend had the fried mussels and they were great; no more bread than shells like most fish restaurants. The maize fritters are amazing and the Hush puppies were light and tasteful. Will definitely return.
