"The Gaetano 's in Spring Valley (open some weekdays for lunch) and the Gaetano 's in Lakeside (open for dinner only) are owned by brothers. I took myself out at noon today for lunch. I asked the hostess if I had to follow the menu exactly, and she replied, Each item can be served like you want it to be! What a treat! So, I ordered the fettuccine with marinara sauce, both garlic bread dinner bread, a salad w blue cheese dressing (on the side), 1 meatball, 1 sausage, a glass of red wine, and spumoni! Super fun place to eat. Everyone we interacted with was fun (and funny), and the food was old-school-Italian-restaurant great. If I lived closer I would go here all the time.

They became our new favorite first visit the authentic family owned welcoming atmosphere, real authentic home country Italian food and flavor. I had the linguine precatore the sauce was great and there was not an overpowering smell or flavor of the shell-fish it was a great experience all around. We would love to visit at least once a week.
