"Service was the worst! They were out of a lot of things and waited forever for bread and appetizers. When I asked our waitress she got all huffy, went into the kitchen and came back with our bread and Utica Greens and TOSSED the bread onto our table. We made the comment about her throwing the bread on table and she got worse. She left and came back telling us we had to leave now and they wouldn 't charge us for the drinks greens. We didn 't leave right away as we 're eating the greens and bread and finishing our drink. Then Mr Garramone comes out and tells us to leave. We were trying to explain to him that she threw the bread on table , he said I don 't believe you . We aren 't young or tro...

Some of the best prime rib I've ever had. Trust me, just order it. I could do shots of the au just straight up, just the best rich deep beef flavor and just mouth watering prime rib. Garlic mash were also great.

I am local resident have been going to garramones for years have never had problem, but tonight it was horrible, horrible, I wanted to punch this waitress in the head she was very rude. I understand that you are busy but it does not take 45 minutes for a meal and then we asked what was taking so long she looks at us and says we'll look around you we are busy we had been there since 600pm and it was 7pm when we walked up to the bar to pay for what we had drinks and a salad,she says thanks for coming how was your meal I said wouldn't know haven't gotten are food we would like to pay for what we had so sorry the bartender says, then the girl comes out with our food she says I have your food do...
