"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The drive-thru setup is poorly designed, making it difficult to hear the person on the speaker. When I went to place my order, the young lady who took it seemed disinterested and unfocused. My total was $26.03, and I handed her $27, but she claimed I didn't give her enough money. When I got my change, I received only 62 cents instead of the correct 97 cents. I was willing to overlook the initial mistake, but then my order arrived completely wrong. Overall, the food was subpar and the customer service was terrible. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant."

Truly appreciate how the food was packed with care; it was warm ready to eat when delivered. Meal was double bagged stapled; separated in in box neatly. Love it, Love it! Thanks Golden Chick. The Golden Roast chicken and Dirty Rice is the BOMB.com!!!

The food is good, and the chicken is well-seasoned, though sometimes it might be a bit too much. The rice dressing is amazing! However, the drinks are disappointing. I usually just ask for a cup of ice, but even that has an odd taste. I’ll definitely return for the delicious food, but I think I’ll just bring my own drinks next time.

My son visited San Diego, and we stopped by a restaurant shortly after picking him up from the airport. They serve the best fries! We barely made it out of the parking lot before finishing them. My son ordered the chicken sandwich, chicken salad, and a roll, and he said everything was delicious. We ended up going back twice in three days. Everything was fresh and hot. We will definitely return!
