"The restaurant was extremely busy, which was a positive sign. I was part of a group of 7 celebrating my sister's birthday. Although I had never been to Guiseppe's before, everyone had told me the food was delicious. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours to receive our meals. I ordered the medium rare prime rib, but it was undercooked. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait another 2 hours. However, the vegetables, potatoes, and salad were tasty.
