"The place was dirty with the paint chipping off the walls. The ceiling vents were filthy with cob webs as well as the windows. The counter also looked dirty. I do not understand how anyone can get ice cream in this place. It’s disgusting. This is my opinion. I will never go there."

Great ice cream, but do not come late in the evening before closing. Like an hour before closing. Waited 30 min in line to order. Unless you have the time to wait.
