"We had lost a reservation at another local restaurant when trying to book their dining room, and I only received the notification about a week before Mother's Day, which caused quite a bit of panic. We had accepted that we would have to settle for take-out, so I made a call without high hopes. However, I spoke with a very friendly and accommodating gentleman named Lord, who was eager to help! When we chatted, he asked how many people would be in our party, and I mentioned 11. He kindly offered us a spot if we could arrive at the beginning of service, so we took him up on it. This is, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant in Central New York. I’ve been dining here for nearly 30 years, and it has always been fantastic. I’ve never had a bad meal, and the quality and flavor of the food have remained consistently excellent. If it were possible, I would eat here every week. The ravioli—especially the ricotta one—is simply irresistible. I wish I had the recipe to make it at home! No other restaurant can compare to Hollywood or come even close. You won't be disappointed!
