"I was looking for an Eastern European restaurant for a quick visit to Pittsburgh. Found this place on open table and booked for a Friday lunch. It’s in a great old corner Tavern and cozy. We were among only a couple people there in mid afternoon, so I can’t speak to the noise level when it’s full. Menu was just what I was looking for hearty Hungarian staples. Also I was super pleased they had a selection of Tokaj wine which we had both a dry with lunch and a sweet for dessert. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Greta ambiance and friendly staff. They were short staffed and still did a fantastic job. Hidden gem. Great place to eat and hang out without feeling rushed. Will definitely return.
