"We’ve been ordering from Frank’s for years and it has always been great. I usually order online and the food is always delivered hot before the estimated delivery time. Not too long ago I ordered a large plain and after it was handed to me, my dog jumped on me and the whole pie fell cheese down on my doorstep. Feeling defeated I tossed the whole thing. The delivery driver saw and went out of his way to call the shop and replace my pie. He didn’t have to do that, but I was thankful he did. Tried to give him another tip and he refused. Thank you Frank’s and the driver for your great service and customer care !"

"the dining room is amazing. everything we tried was wonderful. the best sushi we had in the opposite, and our new favorite sushi place. we once tried the hibachi and were not impressed. the food was just ok noodles tasted like soy sauce."

"Overall not bad. We got three starters to share between two people. The flatbread with crab was very good, the 4Bs (beets, bacon, brussel and blue cheese) was excellent. Finally the bacon-wrapped scallops were mediocre. They were dry and really needed a dipping sauce of some sort. I'm being a bit picky here, but no lemon in the water. Service was okay. Looked like one person was covering all the tables in that room. We'll go back at some point and give it a second chance on some entrees. Definitely get the 4B's though!"

"As a person who has celiac disease when I try a new restaurant, I tend to be skeptical and nervous. Our waitress Jessica immediately calmed me down and I knew I was in good hands. I wanted a Sangria, but was nervous about the other alcohol and Jess went to Jenna the bartender who made me a homemade Sangria with Tito and peace of mind. We had some apps both gluten-free the cheese plate and the flatbread. The type that delivered it by establishing that both were especially gluten-free. He also explained the cheese plate. Both were fresh and absolutely amazing! Jess was one of the most friendly and attentive waiters who really took my worries to the heart. She made me feel that my worries are important and relevant and even told me about a friend who also has celiacs. That makes a person a step over the rest. While I never spoke to Jenna, she did this for me by making a drink only for me, so that I could also feel half normal with my food restrictions! Thanks for great food and great service!"
