"Excellent food (quality quantity). I recommend the snapper. Ambience was mediocre for a couple reasons. I had dinner here on a Friday night around 7pm, and there were only a couple other people there. Also, it’s located in a shopping center, which doesn’t create a remarkable ambience. The waiter was attentive, but after we finished eating, it definitely seemed like he was urging us to pay the check and leave."

The food was very delicious and exquisite. DJ played a nice music and I loved the interior in industrial style. Try Tina Tartar, my favorite:

I had the restaurant on the line vice versa and loved the menu. I asked for the food in the open and a heat lamp. we arrived and the food in the free was 2 wooden tables with a view of the dining room. we got a very limited menu that I had an salat and my man hummus

"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."
