"Me and my friend were the first guest in the restaurant yesterday at lunch time. I was here about 5or 6 yrs ago and I remembered it as one of the best japanese restaurant in south of Germany. We ordered Tempura set, Grilled Salmon set and Karage(japanese fried chicken) and Gyoza. To be honest, the sets are really worth it and are delicious. For me, the gyoza filling was way too salty. The Karage was juicy but it was not so japanese for me. So I will stay with the sets next time and perhaps ramen I will try next time. Overall it is still a great japanese restaurant. I like the atmosphere inside a lot."

It is hidden in a quieter part of Rothenburg. The food tasted very authentic and ramen on a cold winter day is very good. The sake don is as good as it can get. The interior deco is so rustic and you feel very warm.

Charming ambiance, great service, top class sushi where you wouldn't expect it. You can always judge a sushi restaurant by the freshness of the sashimi. Excellent quality, lovely edamame, great maki. Highly recommended.
