"LONG TIME NO YELP ELITE EXPERIENCE! Yay! I recently had the pleasure of dining at KAVIAR Los Angeles and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Signature Rolls, which were bursting with flavor especially the Yellowtail Cilantro roll with its yellowtail, cilantro and ponzu. The staff recommended the Lemon Roll, and we did! It was also delicious with its spicy tuna not spicy! and lemon puree was also a hit. For my main course, I tried the Sous Vide Duck Breast which was cooked to perfection and served with Bok choy. The Uni infused cream sauce paired perfectly with Santa Barbara sea urchin and black truffle. It was heavenly! The ambiance at KAVIAR was perfect for a date night, with dim lighting...
