"For 15+ years Kelly's has been our go to special dining place whenever we come to Penn State to visit. The food is consistently extraordinairy. The chop salad, filet mignon, mashed potatoes, burgers and shrimp cocktail are best in class. We dined there with joy this week after a 4 year gap from covid restricting our travel The server recognized me and remembered my standard order. I felt so valued and happy. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Can't wait until we go again."

It was my 21st birthday and I wanted to go somewhere where i could dress up a little! The service was great, the food was great, and they even lit a candle on my cake ! It was so sweet ! The staff was great and it came out really quick! I suggest getting a reservation !

We were here on business, and we found the food to be completely disappointing. We both ordered steak one a Filet and the other the Delmonico. The Filet was tough and had an awful after taste and the Delmonico was so fatty that it was almost inedible. The only decent thing that was served to us was the Cheesecake. I would never go back.
