"My girl and I came into Dallas from Chicago and randomly chose to try FireHouse Gastro Park and to our surprise we were not disappointed! We met the bartender Travon who is a Chicago native! Travon was amazing. He ensured that we chose the best option on the food and drink menu. Travon was very friendly and excited to help. His customer service is top notch and appreciate the experience he provided for my girl and I! Thank you."

"I just ordered the delivery from here, but I like to eat her. since, uber eats sent me a message that I ordered 14 times here, I think I should leave a review. in my experience there is nothing they do that is not good. it is always a safe bet for some really good pizza, pasta and sandwiches. the quality and taste is always consistent and very tasty. also I have never got salat that was not fresh, which cannot be said for other take-out or delivery places. in any case one of my favorites."

"I order brisket and turkey, corn, and fried okra. The brisket was pretty good! I can tell it was fresh and it’s well seasoned. I didn’t find it to be fatty like some of the other reviews.The turkey however…. To be honest, I’m not sure what animal it actually came from. I love smoked turkey but this… well at first I thought I had maybe been given some sort of white grilled fish. Then I took another bite and looked at the texture, it looked like a turkey version of spam. Kind of like the turkey fibers were glued together. It was as salty as spam too. I… wish I hadn’t ordered an entire 1/2 pound.The corn was also surprising. It was half of a frozen unflavored heated up corn cob. Half of a cob. For $2. Let that sink in.Overall just really frustrated that I paid $30 for this order. Probably won’t eat here again. If you love brisket and it’s this or Dickey’s, go here."
