"Ol lady at the drive thru window had attitude. Read my order back to me 3 times order was still wrong. One pickle on a chicken asked if I could order more. Was told I couldn’t add anything at drive thru window. My coworker biscuits were uncooked. Chicken was soggy and old. And overall we felt completely unwelcomed and more of a bothersome more than anything. The place wasn’t even busy so it’s not as if they should have been in any urge or rush. 11pm 2/9/24"

Chicken was hot and good but I think prices were higher than usual. I asked for water for my drink and usual I get a. large cup of water but this time I was given bottled water and charged for it. The staff were very nice but the Cole slaw and mashed potatoes ere not very good. We love KFC but were disappointed today.
