"Been coming to B-Won for a long time. Have brought many friends to your restaurant throughout the years whom I wanted to share this awesome place with! Today my friend and I drove 40 mins to get there. We walked in and it wasn't busy so we were seated right away. We sat there for more than 15 mins without anyone ask for drinks or appetizers, nothing. By this time a party of about 10 walked in and a table of two next to us. So I asked a waitress who passed by if we could order, she said yes and never returned. So after almost 10 mins I walked up to the front and asked to place our food and drink order she said yes. I sit back down and the table next to us had just been seated were being take...

This is our first time to feed here. the food was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. to have a restaurant opened for a very long time, they need to get the quality of the food they serve and the ease of the staff.

I loved this place, even if the service was lousy. the parts are from this world. I paid for tempura, rinderbulgogi, kimchi, reis, eierroll and spit. I was stupid and very satisfied. they have a Friday special that I will try next time to eat all military. it was just a dollar more and could feed two people easily. so much fun. I love Korean.

I have been going here for years and It is unfortunate but this place seems to go through cycles of good food and bad food. It is like Russian roulette when you eat there , it may be great but you may get something that is inedible. They seem to cycle through employees and that may be a contributing factor to the disparity of quality over time. When we first moved to the area this was out go to Korean food place. My wife's maternal family is Korean and we have tried a lot of places this place used to be really authentic and the food was good. I wish them the best but if they don't fix it soon I think they will be out of business soon.
