She has never worked in a restaurant where tables are set in advance without customers having made a reservation!!!!!please inform your staff of Swiss practices! I left and I will never set foot there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Disastrous experience, music TOO loud, meat NOT GOOD. I found an eyelash in the chicken. And all this for 52CHF (we took 59CHF galore but we got 1 tray then NOTHING so we asked to be billed for the 300g version). The wait was WAY too long. Nice staff but not enough? For the number of customers. We had to CANCEL orders. I do not recommend this restaurant.
