"Placed an order on Wednesday 5/18 online and when I came to pick up my pizza the store was closed due to lack of staff. Even though there was one person inside making pizzas. So not sure what was going on. Door was locked but knocked on the door and asked the lady how I was supposed to be refunded for the order I placed and she said through the app. This is not a thing? and so I contacted the corporate number and provided my information in order to get a refund and was told I would be contacted by someone else in 24-48 hours and I never was and my money is still not refunded. Do not like my money being stolen."

Stole my money. Was rude. I never got a refund. They claimed it would be on my credit card. Just got my billing statement. They charged me for pizza I never got because it took more than double the time I was told when I paid and had an appointment for my daughter. We had to leave no lunch. Now they refuse to answer the phone. I've called multiple times. Guess it's time to report to corporate and BBB.

how can they specify an order that it is not ready to pick up? it was a pizza and brotsticks. time order online because they deliver the pizzas as soon as the people order. this is the third time in this particular place where I have been through it. all I get is an empty look and has to wait to take the next available pizza. only reason for 2 stars is the pizza only 6.$ but at this point it starts?s not worth

This place is really the WORST pizza place ever. I ordered online for the Pizza Portal. 30 minutes after I ordered I received an email stating it was ready for pickup. I get there, there is no pizzas in the portal. I ask them where my pizza was and she rudely replied its probably not made yet . I said I got an email stating it was ready. She replied that doesnt mean anything . Another lady asked what was my order number, I told her, and she said they just put it in the oven. Well that was a lie. 36 minutes later I got my pizza. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you 've been warned.
