"Some of the staff are so inexperienced and have no idea at all how to treat customers. I asked to be served and was told off in a School like manner that I would have to wait. When I complained, they said, you do not...have to eat here.....will not be back and have shared this experience with family and friends who used to frequent this place. My advice, cheaper and better service in Berger Strasse or even on the Zeil...!!!"
