"It's horrible. The food is underground. The onions in the soup were still raw and that was the case for 3 people who ordered this soup. The pizza had ketchup on it instead of pizza sauce. The chicken parmesan was still frozen and the pasta was cold. The kitchen staff is unable to cook or use a microwave. The service staff is not able to count the people at the table because we had to point out to the waitress twice that there was not enough cutlery on the table. The restaurant should either hire new staff or close completely."
