"We had to tell the girl our order 3 times through the drive-through and she still couldn't get it right . So my husband spoke louder and then some other woman and I use that term lightly told us to as she put get the hell out of my drive-through. Yourpeople need to learn customer service or at least teach your employees how to do their jobs"

Originally was going through drive through, had to be cash only for drive through or could come inside and pay with card. So I ended up coming inside and paying with card, food was just ok, it was around 9 so it was later for the store so staff was soso

Absolutely horrible experience. The workers forced me to use a kiosk, even while paying with cash. They then proceeded to not be able to make 97 cents in change. I ordered two McFlurrys. Both came out not full, short of ice cream. (See attached imagery) Weare swindled out of our money, and was not worth the $4 per cup. Do Not Recommend.
