"any restaurant operated by bob hogan is in the did in the form. we went to the wells location of this summer. no ac on a hot day, they ran out of several ways of living, understaffed, and a tile fell from the wall in the bathroom when I came into the stall. this man obviously does not care about how bad he drives and maintains his restaurants. the worst mcdonald’s are almost always owned by bob hogan. I don't understand why mcdonald allows him to provide so bad administration and service."

eating is typical of a mcdonald’s, but the service was always good for me friendly, fast, even during the lunch break. it's my favorite McDonalds location.

In the last two months I have had such poor service at the McDonald's in Kennebunk and Wells. To be asked to be patient with employees because of lack of enough of others willing to work those jobs should not come at the cost of having drive thru employees and managers speaking profanity and the continuous screw up of basic orders.

worst McDonald's ive ever been too no one cares that works there.its cheaper to pay ppl from other country's that again dont care an know they can play the u hurt my feels card.i think u need to read these messages an do something about that place before there is a burger king next door.i went there a few times an every time wait 30 to 45 mins in line an order is messed up.its McDonald's ppl u r not building a house.u r building a burger.
