Do not use the app for ordering pickup when the restaurant is busy! I waited for 15 minutes, then went through the drive-through. They told me they were making my order but I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally received my order, it was cold and incorrect. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The customer service was terrible.

The only reason they interacted with me was because I got their attention. The lady also forgot to serve drinks multiple times and had to bring customers their cups about three times.
