"The restaurant is clean, but the behavior of the night team was unprofessional. Around 9pm, I placed a mobile order for pickup. The food was good, but myself and another customer had to lean over the counter to yell into the kitchen area for napkins when the crew asked for our preferences. I ordered sweet tea, but was given unsweetened tea at the reception. I only found out in my car after taking a sip before leaving. Just came from the Brunkner McDonald's and I ordered a McChicken females are so rude! They ways act like they don't want to work AND my sandwich(McChicken) had NO chicken ? like really

The McDonald's in the Bronx is the worst. The food is as nasty as how they throw it in the bag. I ordered a McChicken and it was served open with mayonnaise all over the paper packaging. It looked like they served it as if it were animal food.
