Wow! This restaurant is fantastic. Aric (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is a gem. I am so grateful for all of Aric's help - they are so positive and kind. The highlight of my Sunday was visiting the Nespresso shop. They pay close attention to detail and are very knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars.

The Boutique in Boston is subpar. I would rate it one star out of a possible five. We purchased a silver Virtuo Plus machine, which broke within two weeks. Despite following all instructions in the manual to fix and clean it, the machine would not work. There are numerous negative reviews about the Virtuo Plus, but we initially dismissed them as bad luck. However, it became clear that the machine itself is faulty. When we tried to use the warranty, we received an empty box in return.
