"the woman and I were not happy with the wait, but the manager let us go satisfied. our server was monitored from a distance by its supervisor who treated customer service problems and their performance gracefully. our eating had obviously in a window for a solid 20 min. the pasta was dewatered and stained. we asked for another part of pasta and it was delivered immediately. the mgr had a professional pep talk with its server and a part of our meal. cudos to the mgr. I wish I had caught his name."
