"The restaurant was very beautiful inside, a cut above other Olive Garden locations. The portions were very good. Food was hot and tasty. However, the server needed help because it appeared she had too many tables, therefore she was not attentive enough. We had empty glasses and had to ask for refills of our drinks, breadsticks and soup more than once. Additionally, she forgot to have the servers sing happy birthday to 2 people in our party, after we watched servers sing happy birthday all over the restaurant to other patrons. Update: Olive Garden followed up with me and I appreciate their prompt customer service."
