"Placed an order late at night before closing was a large order, didn't realize they do not accept checks, thought I was going to have to cancel the order but the manager William came over and talked to me. He was very professional and very kind and understanding! He took care of everything for me and it made my week! If you are looking for great food, excellent service and a place where they truly care about the customers I highly recommend outback Fort Smith! William make sure you are taken care of and feel appreciated! Thank you for your kindness!"

Oh, my was this place ever spot on. We received a bright greeting when we arrived. Then we had a wonderful waiter. At one point the manager John came and introduced himself and ask how everything was. I was a restraint manager for over 2 decades and I must say I was impressed. On top of this the food was amazing. Great job everyone for making our day much brighter.
