"Serious customer service from the guy and girl taking out! I ordered several items for picking up for my employees and I on 9/2 in the early afternoon. I came and picked up my food, came to my car, opened the bag to make sure everything was in there, and I miss a product of mine they pick 2 . I told the guy that my grilled cheese was not in the bag. they insisted that it was in a separate pocket in the order. So I went back to my car to check. not yet in the bag. I went back, told them it was definitely missed. the guy looked at me as if I was lying and gave me a job. I said I just wanted the grilled one I ordered, and he and the girl through the window always said they put him in the bag....

I keep trying with this Panera location because I work in the mall and live so close but the only thing that?s consistent there is the poor quality of food. Sandwiches with hardly anything on them, separated, watery soup, stale bread, flat soda, rotten avocados and spinach, etc. I have loved Panera since I lived in St. Louis 10 years ago where it all started, but it?s getting harder and harder to keep coming back.
