"I want to be fair, but this place leaves a little to be desired. I need to check or execute our order carefully in driving because it is not always correct. Even at dinner we had problems. The quality of our food has taken a dive because Covid has bred his ugly head. I loved Panera, now I go there and regret it almost every time."

I went with my sister and my grandmother here for lunch and everything was very pleasant. The nice lady who took our order was very patient and friendly! The food was good, but everything is a bit dirty and we had to wipe a table before we sit

"I'm actually in shock and how absolutely unhygienic this place was. All but one employee had untidy long hair, no gloves used, changing tasks and drinking and messing with their phones, only to go back to preparing food. When I ordered I didn't notice, and was told 10 to 15 minutes. That ended up being over 30 wait. Finally, we just asked for a refund after watching how absolutely disgusting their food handling was. If they continue ignoring the entire food handling hygiene guide, they will surely make people sick. This was my first and last Hungry Howie's experience."
