"Usually like this place, but I've started doing rapid pick up and it has been disappointing how many times my order is messed up and I don't realize until I get back to my office. They have left out a pastry when I ordered a pastry and a pick two, they left out my baguette with a meal once (tragic), and the most recent visit, they just forgot to grill my grilled cheese:(it was just cheese on bread to eat with my tomato soup!
