On previous pick ups, I have waited patiently in line to request my pick up only to be told by employees that I don't need to stand in line for a pick up. I simply can go get it. But today was altogether different. So Panera, I ask you, does some employee training need to happen at this location? Answer: YES!"

First of all let's start with the bread.. The crust on my bread was so hard to chew it felt like I was chewing raw meat. 2nd the cookie they gave me with my meal looked and tasted 3 days old. I ushally don't leave bad reviews but u was not impressed with this place.

Typical panera, but really low supply on baked goods, which could have been due to being later in the day. But our usual location still has more. Several tables were in need of being cleaned so it was difficult to find a spot to sit in a slow dining room(we went mid afternoon so it was not a busy time). Soup and salads were correct and great. Side baguette was slightly dry.
