"Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn?t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I?ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgustedwith the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u canbarely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . UNACCEPTABLE, when I called u informthem , they didn?t care and said they can?t do nothing since I took the pizza home ."

It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone theysaid they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong orderthat we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again.
